CCL Group is now recruiting for 2 Junior Contracts Managers. The right candidates will join a company with over 25 years of industry experience and work on exciting projects in a variety of locations. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Contracts Manager with projects from initial stages to completion and handover.
• Working closely with all stakeholders in the planning and programming of works and the ability to close out projects with all relevant handover documentation.
• Manage, control and coordinate the daily activities of project teams
• Ensure client satisfaction and quality finish to improve on customer relationships gaining further works
• Ensure that all projects are run in compliance with Health and Safety regulations
• Attend site meetings including preparation of all information required for these
• Liaise with other team members in preparation of sub-contract orders, cost comparisons, and payments

Required Skills:

• You will have 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
• Hold a degree in Construction Management or similar
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational / planning skills
• Ability to self-manage, prioritise and work to tight deadlines
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
• Ability to support, manage, lead and enthuse others
